Services & Engagement
- All services are provided as per the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and pricing outlined in the contract.
- Any additional requests or modifications may be subject to revised timelines and costs.
- We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our expertise or values.
Payments & Fees
- Payment terms will be specified in the contract or invoice provided to the client.
- Late payments may result in project delays, additional fees, or suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property, including designs, code, and content, remains the property of NovaTekk Innovations until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- NovaTekk Innovations reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
- We take reasonable measures to protect client data but are not liable for third-party breaches beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
- NovaTekk Innovations is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software or websites post-delivery but offer maintenance services upon request.
Termination
- Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice.
- In case of termination, the client is responsible for paying for completed work up to that point.
- Any prepaid but unused services may be refunded at our discretion.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of our country.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
- NovaTekk Innovations reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
- Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
